How to Expand Your Team's Access to Law Cyborg
This tutorial walks you through the process of inviting additional users to sign up to Law Cyborg. It covers how to configure the plans for incoming users, and how to change the account details of the owner account, including how to turn the owner account into a non-paying account to allow for administrative oversight of team members without access to Law Cyborg's tools.

Click Account

Click Manage under Users

Click the edit icon beside your account

You can click the name and email fields to edit them

Click the 'x' here to remove the plan from your account, if you wish to convert it into a non-paying 'owner' account. This allows for the account to retain admin oversight of user settings for additional users invited by the account, without having access to Law Cyborg's tools

Click Save once finished

You can update your account password here

You can update your account's card information by navigating to the card menu under Products & Billing. This will be used as the payment method for all users added by this account

To add new users to the account, navigate to the Users menu, and click Add User

Input the email details of the new user to send them an invitation to Law Cyborg

Click Select plan to choose which licenses that user will have access to

Choose between the Essential Plan and the Elite Plan

Click Select practice area

Each user can have access to as many or as few practice areas as you want (each practice area is $9 per month, or $99 for the bundle of all 30 areas)

Click Add to add an additional user

Enter email details

Each user can have access to their own specific configuration of plan and practice area(s)

Click Submit once finished to invite the new users by email. Any previously purchased and unused licenses available to the owner account will be automatically distributed to the incoming users, with the total additional cost per month of the new users shown down the bottom of the screen. In this case, as the owner account already has unused licenses for two essential plans and one practice area, the total additional cost per month for the two incoming users is $9 + GST
