Discover how to send emails to specific columns in your monday.com boards, customised with your chosen sender and template. This guide walks you through the process step by step, enabling precise and personalised communication within your workflows.
Select the item you wish to send an email for.
Click "Open" to view the item.
The item view will appear on the right side of the screen.
Use the "+ sign" button to add the item view.
Search for "EasyMails" in the search bar.
Choose "Add to item" to add the item view to your Monday board.
Once the item is added, you'll see the new view included.
Configure the email sender, email template, and select the email recipient column using the dropdown fields.
Preview the email template; placeholders will be replaced with actual data when the email is sent.
Click "Send email" to send the email to the selected person or email column.
The email will be queued and the recipient will receive it in their inbox within a minute.
